Robert Beuth

Robert, a native of Pittsfield, Masschusetts, spent a great part of his youth working in several family owned restaurants in the Berkshires. His post graduate career started at the Sea Island Inn Resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Since, then positions included; Executive Chef at the Grande Dunes Golf & Country Club in Myrtle Beach, The Historic Litchfield Plantation in Pawley's Island, South Carolina, and most recently for Toll Brothers Golf at Belmont Country Club in Ashburn, Virginia.  He began Hops and Vines in the fall of 2012. Robert became a partner in late 2014.

Jane Patton

Jane is a partner in both Hops & Vines and NoCo Pastaria. Jane is a former retail executive working for companies like Victoria Secret, Bloomingdales, Sundance and J. Peterman. Jane moved to the Berkshires in 2000 to work for Eziba, and soon afterward moved to New York City with her partner Emily Eakin. After several years in New York, Jane and Emily moved to Williamstown to raise their twin girls, Addison and Olivia. Their son Patton Linder lives in Washington, DC. Jane has been working with the Hops & Vines team since 2012, focusing on marketing, new business development and community relations. Jane is a huge fan of Italian food and wine, and after completing the Windows on the World wine course in 2013 has taken great pride and pleasure selecting wines for both restaurants.

Dylan Stafford

“Cowboy” Dylan Stafford was born in Dallas, TX. He and his family moved to Williamstown in 2005 and he is a graduate of Mt. Greylock High School. He enrolled at MCLA as a political science major in 2011. He hopes to use his degree to fight for social justice. Dylan has strong ties to the area. He joined the Williamstown Volunteer Fire Department in 2013. He felt a strong desire to serve his community and follow in the footsteps of his family. Dylan also served on the affordable housing committee. Dylan joined the Hops and Vines team in Spring of 2012. There he was able to develop his knowledge of food and wine pairings. Dylan enjoys good food and good company. He is a warm and welcoming addition to the “family” and you can catch him tending the bar at Hops and Vines once a week.

Michelle Forth

Michelle is our Director of Catering Sales and Manager at our sister restaurant, Hops and Vines. She joined our team in 2012 and can be found at Hops and Vines most evenings, chatting warmly with guests. Michelle is the youngest of five children. After graduating from local Mt. Greylock High School, she attended culinary school and received her Bachelors of Science in Hospitality Management from Southern New Hampshire University. She has traveled all over the world, exploring and honing her skills in the industry. Her passion and enthusiasm for hospitality shines through and she works daily with Chef Robert Beuth to exceed guests' expectations.
